Scholastic Names Dennis F. Campagna Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer

New York, NY, December 9, 2011 -- Scholastic (NASDAQ: SCHL), the global children’s publishing, education and media company, today announced the appointment of Dennis Campagna as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer. In his new role, Campagna will oversee the internal audit functions, corporate tax, external reporting and SEC compliance as well as all transactional areas of finance, including revenue, disbursements, accounts receivable, payroll, credit and collections, royalties, fixed assets and inventory.
