Scholastic Names Sasha Quinton Executive Vice President and President of The Newly Integrated School Reading Events Division

New York, NY – June 5, 2023 – Scholastic (NASDAQ: SCHL), the global children’s publishing, education and media company, today announced that Sasha Quinton has been named Executive Vice President and President, School Reading Events. Previously EVP and President, School Book Fairs, Ms. Quinton brings growth-focused, strategic leadership to the newly combined U.S. Book Fairs and Book Clubs divisions. In this new role for the Company, Ms. Quinton continues to be a member of the executive committee, reporting to Scholastic President and CEO Peter Warwick.

Scholastic Corporation Announces Fourth Quarter Dividend

New York, NY – March 22, 2023 Scholastic Corporation (NASDAQ: SCHL) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company’s Class A and Common Stock for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2023. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2023, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 28, 2023.
